The new patch is applied and Sorcerer does not appear as an available class. I uninstalled, deleted all the old saves and the BG3 folder in Larian - to no avail.
Anyone else had this/solved this problem?

I don't think patch 6 is out for Mac yet so that would be the first thing to check

open the game upto the ui screen where you pick new game or load game and look at the number on the bottom [see image]

Hmm. The release notes say Patch 6, but the numbers don't match. I am confused. You may well be right.

1233832 OK the tweet helps. Confusing when they put Patch 6 in the Patch Notes on GOG - but it's not actually Patch 6. Kinda dumb to have to do detective work to figure it out. Sigh.

ok yes that is Patch 5 you have installed and yes Gog can't find their own dick with both hands these days but good luck
