Why have you posted this link towards Larian forum ?
Ok. There is the list of new features in Patch 3 there.
But that is one hour that Patch 3 is available on Steam and no patch 3 on GOG !

If Galaxy does not propose the patch by itself, you can go to the game page and click check for update.
Just did it, it is updating now.

Ok. So for Windows you have the Patch 3, for us, Mac players, GOG does not provide the full version ...
