And if that's about the option to blow up the Absolute using Gale, I've already stumbled over that. Don't know any details only know that it's an option.
I also don't get the Gale exploding cutscene before the game overs. It just loads and then tells me that my party was defeated.
====SPOILERS=====
Gale has a piece of netherese weave inside of him. If he dies, he can no longer keep the netherese weave contained, it gets released and destroys the entire universe.
He knows this, and made all kinds of contingency plans (like the hologram and the scroll so he can be resurrected if he dies, constantly feeding it weave-infused items to help keep it in check so he can continue to maintain it, etc), but ultimately if he dies for long enough, his magic dissipates and can no longer keep the weave contained. Once it is uncontained, it destroys the universe.
I just wish Larian had made a cutscene to explain what happened, rather than leaving you thinking it was a bug.
====END SPOILERS=====

2) "floor textures not loading letting me gaze into the abyss while walking on it " <== It may feel a bit weird. But this is not anything new. You should have seen/known this like that a lot of times by now, if 25 years of gaming means 1000s hours of focused gameplay, instead of a few hours of fun time every once in a while after the first time you were given a video game to enjoy 25 years ago.
Regarding your puzzled question: There may be something buggy in the game that contributes to your frustration, but you did handle a unique NPC in a way that can and likely does lead to game over.
BTW this is the first time I've seen Gale gets hated so much... I really feel sorry for him (he's the most gentleman kind of person among all possible companions).

And by the way, Bethesda games are STILL bugged to heck even if they are over a decades old. Thats just something one has to live with. Switching to Microsoft as owner so far has changed nothing about it either.

I have played many Bethesda games, like the series of Fallout, Elder Scrolls, Doom, Wolfenstein and so on (not the latest title, Starfield). They are not nearly as beautiful as BG3.

Well yeah obviously not, because most of these games are a decade or two older than Baldurs Gate 3.
The Elder Scrolls games all looked amazing when they came out.
Apparently Bethesda is still using the same old game engine for Starfield, which was on its last knees for this project and for example couldnt handle full planet surfaces, and still "bethesdas", i.e. has some weird graphic bugs and glitches sometimes.
Maybe now that Microsoft owns them, we'll see Bethesda finally move to a newer and better graphics engine.
