Hi guys, a friend and I started playing Baldur's gate 3 in multiplayer mode, he created the game and he let us play without problems, but when we tried to connect after having gone to dinner, he could not join the game. The game pulls it out the moment it comes in. Does anyone know what we can do?

your systems have timed out i.e, one of you left the game running and now its out of sync

sometimes you can reconnect with one of the hard save points i.e, an actual save, not a quick save but most times you have to start a new session
