Hi,

I am running Balders Gate on MacOS on GOG. I've just started the game and have a problem where mouse clicks stop working. At some point I cannot click on "End Turn", I cannot click on an enemy to attack them, and I cannot click on the gear box to end the game.

I can click on map elements and parts of the tool bar.

I've tried this terminal command that was suggested in another forum: defaults write com.larian.dos DelayMouseClicks -bool true

Has anyone else seen this problem?

I have the same, can't play the game anymore. First it happened occasionally, but now I can only play for few seconds after a restart.
I ran into this for the first time after the last update. Prior to that, I had no issues that I couldn't fix just by Cmd-Tabbing out to Finder, then clicking back into the game. It's not happening so much that I can't live with it, but that first time, it was very annoying, I had to re-do the Moonrise Towers fight.

(to clarify, this was after Hotfix 22 and before Hotfix 23)

The last time I tried to help someone with MacOS issues, the one suggestion I did NOT suggest WAS the option that fixed the issue and that was to update MacOS. I hesitate to suggest this option because what if the update causes more problems? right? Anyhow I did read an article posted Mar 25th, that Apple did release a patch to 14.4, 14.4.1 that "claims" to fix several issues with 3rd party software so, maybe go on over to Apple and read the patch notes. There is also a note stating if you have not updated to Sonoma or can't upgrade to Sonoma, that a patch 13.6.6 was released for Ventura.
