Like it says in the title the game crashes due to mods, and I want a way to not have this happen.

Your title makes it sound like you have a solution.

Are the mods in question up-to-date for the current version of the game you are playing?

clearly you remove the mods... i mean dur they make random changes to the game files so of course that causes issues every patch

No I don't have a solution, and the mods are up to date. Is their a way to get this game working with mods installed? Am I the only one who's having a hard time getting this game to run for more than an hour without it crashing?

I've had the game running for entire days without crashing. However, I'm not running any mods. Since Larian isn't really on the hook to do thorough testing of third-party mods, you're probably just running into bugs that the mod author hadn't found. I.e., an unstable mod.

Can you play without mods for an extended period without crashing? Have you tried?

Probably an issue with your load order. Ive noticed certain mods dont work unless they are below other mods. When I first started I had to remove all of my mods and put them in one at a time until I realized which mods were causing the crashing. You also need to have the mod fixer in your mods folder, some people think you dont since Patch 1 but you still do.
