I bought Baldur's Gate 3 in early access. I still don't have the Release in my library, all I get is version 4.1.1.3669438. What do I have to do?

This was in GOG galaxy after deleting the game and then installing again.
I am now trying to install again using the backup installers. But that process is broken too. Using the functionality in GoG Galaxy -> Extras, the download gets stuck at “gathering list of files”. So I have to go and download all 46 parts from the website. Support has not answered in 72 hours. GOG is really outdoing itself here.

calling bullshit but the offline install for Mac is the same as for Windows [see image]

Can confirm that the downloadable installer is 4.1.1.3767641 but the latest patch notes are from August for version : 4.1.1.3669438
Earlier this week the Larian Launcher still told me that BG3 is to be released early September (which has passed), so I'm reinstalling again to see if that has changed.
