When you first meet Kagha as either type of drow, she comments on how the familiar the player might feel about her tormenting the tiefling child. If she likes treachery, brutal punishments, and backstabbing so much she should move to Menzoberranzan. I'm sure she'd love it, there.

she sees you as a sign that shadow is coming... a fact the other druids ignore even thou they are standing right next to her when she says it

p.s, yes she would love to visit the drow but of course they would rape and enslave her on sight... so perhaps not?
