yes hotfix 21 is out now, I've downloaded it and already found 5 new bugs + 1 nasty launcher script error that crashes the game

yes restart your system should clear it if you get that bug

I changed from Vulkan to DirectX and that worked. Then I changed back to Vulkan and that's working too now.
