have to buy deluxe edition even after preorder?

there are 3 builds of this game;
1. standard - EA players with a Larian account got upgraded [for free] to deluxe as a way of saying thanks for testing
2 deluxe - you get some pdf copies of character sheets, music and a few in game items of low value
3 collectors - only from Larian as a give away for press or a few other give aways

Don't think you can, deluxe edition is mostly just goodies and stuffs, no real in game contents from what I've seen
