Why is GOG so very slow with pushing out game updates? We are weeks behind the owners of BG3 who bought their copy from Steam. If you use mods - I use some cosmetic mods due to being disabled- then you have to hope that the mod you are wanting to use will support the GOG current edition. Our edition is so old that it is not being supported by most modders. Many times the mods supporting our version aren't just in the "old files" section on Nexus, but have been archived with a dozen of newer releases supporting Steam game owners.
I have supported GOG for years, and have purchased 11 games here. This is likely the only current release game I will ever purchase due to how truly awful customer service has become. I sent in a ticket for a technical issue 4 days ago, have heard nothing back and can't even find a system that allows me to check to see if *anything* has been done.
