Hi everyone,

I bought BG3 in early access. I did correctly the installation after removed files as tuto mentionned that.

Everythings went well (apart from patch issue hotfix2 while I was playing with friends from steam.

My problem is : I just discoverd today that Baldur is no longer in my GOG Collection.
I did the refresh of it following old post support. And as a result on the website is the mention : you don't own the base game.

On GOG Galaxy, BG3 does not appear in "Owned games"

I still have the fills and can lauch the game, but I fear if I uninstall the game i won't be able to install it again.
Moreover, even if I currently can play an older version of the game, I strongly think this issue will cause GOG to not provide me with the hotfix2 (and futur patch) and not play in multiplayer.

Did you buy it from a key site? Usually when people ask this question they got it from a Russian key seller or something which wasn't a legit purchase.

Check your purchase history on the website .

Yes, I'm used to using these sites.
I understand that there may be some doubt about the origin, but I still had access to the EA and was able to install it without any problems and play until last night.

It's all there in my order history. On top of that, since the launch I've had the Deluxe version added to the game's folders.

Well they probably just didn't pay attention until actual release. Most of those sites are scams that buy cheap overseas codes with stolen credit cards that then get charged back but they got the keys already. Then they sell them to you. It's not a good thing, I'd advise steering clear in the future and supporting the devs. Especially in this case where the game is amazing and made by an independent company.

I have the same problem, I bought the game on the official gog page without VPN or anything, the game was removed from my library even when I bought it last year.

Since they gave me the deluxe version I see that the problem occurred.
So do you guys know how to open support tickets?

Since you bought the game here, did you refresh your account or whatever? I forget the steps because I've never had to do it, but I know it has helped some people. You can search for it.

That I remember I have not changed anything, from one day to the next I no longer saw the game.
But I bought the game on gog at com.

No I mean you should refresh it now, not asking if you did it. People have had their collection logs get screwed up before and there's a refresh that fixes it.

Choosing the option: "check for updates" does nothing, the problem is that they have removed the game from my library, I have it installed but because it had already been installed, if I uninstall it I would be left without the game.

This also happened to me!!

I bought the game from the official GOG site,
now it doesn't appear in my library.

I have the Deluxe edition DLC but I no longer own the base game??

Already tried to refresh library but it doesn't work..

Any other solutions??

I have messaged support multiple times since yesterday but no response!

This is so frustrating...
