ussnorway: you don't disable the Larian launcher but you can bypass it by running the bg3.exe or the bg3_dx11.exe which are both in the games bin folder

you can disable the mod manager by clicking on the top right X [see image] but disabling or enabling mods [again see image] is different i.e, turning off the manager will not disable any mods... you have to actually say yes or no to mods

any game started with a mod will not load a save game unless those same mods are enabled, also running without the Larian launcher will stop some things from working

Whereaminow25: Well I installed some mods from nexus, and lets just say the only way to fix that game was reinstall.
