when you talk to the mind stuck in a human body and fail the roll to free it you then have two options;
1, kill the brain
2, leave
if you take the 2nd option then try to 'talk' to the human body again the game doesn't know what to do and locks itself up
you have to load a old save or quit the game to get out of this bug
