When I create a character, on the top are the options and they are few and far between. I have seen videos on the internet playing as on the left hand side are the options, there are more options, more customization, etcetera. Am i missing something?

You must be, because even in EA the customization options were pretty varied.

If you post a screenshot of what you see, it might help us figure out what "few and far between" means to you. We may even be able to provide tips on how to get the rest of the customization options.

That said, some of the online videos are pre-release.... I don't think all of the customization options have made it into EA yet. You might need to wait until the Aug 3 release.
