I dont use galaxy, I only use the backup installers. I have not updated my game from launch till today. There are 4 hotfixes now so I figured I would update. All 4 hotfixes say my version is not compatible with the hotfix :(.

v4.1.1.3645567 is wrong it's supposed to be v4.1.1.3648072. GOG needs to fix that in the offline installers.

From what I'm reading this patch is missing in the list, it was apparently available for 10 days then removed:

Not sure if this had anything to do with them having to pull hotfix 4. But the full 28ish file listing is a very different version from the one I initially downloaded during launch.

Seems like that might be the issue, not sure why the offline installers are such a mess

do this, it worked for me. turn off automatic updates as by default it chooses the latest update skipping this live update. Then go to installation management and select the latest update manually.

That only works if you use Galaxy. People her where asking for OFF-LINE installers. Not some Galaxy solution.
I know you mean well, but it's GOG that has to provide those installers. People that want off-line installers can do nothing but wait. And then wait some more (and pray there is no messing up again).

the offline installer patch_baldurs_gate_3_Release_-_v4.1.1.3622274_(66516)_to_Release_-_v4.1.1.3624901_-_Patch_(66545) .exe was removed from the GOG download section before hotfix 4 was originally released, and it really should not have been removed. If you're still on the original release 4.1.1.3622274 I suggest you pester GOG support.
