So for some reason I'm unable to level up a character with spells. Like for instance Shadowheart has leveled and when I hit accept a red box surrounds the Prepared Spells area with a red exclamation mark next to it, prohibiting me from leveling her up to the next level.

I even recently made a Druid and same thing happened to her. Hit accept, red box surrounds the Prepared Spells area with a red exclamation mark next to it, can't proceed to the next level.

I'm really confused, especially since I don't know what the issue is as it doesn't mention anything.
Anyone have any ideas what the issue is? Any help is greatly appreciated. ><

you need to take a rest is my guess
