Could someone smarter than I am please provide the proper patch order?

I started out with:
v4.1.1.3622274_(64bit)_(66516)
Then I went with these:
4.1.1.3622274 (66516) to Release - v4.1.1.3624901 - Patch (66545)
4.1.1.3624901 - Patch (66545) to Release - v4.1.1.3624901 - Patch v1 (66548)
4.1.1.3624901 - Patch v1 (66548) to Release - v4.1.1.3630146 - Patch Patch0 Hotfix2 (66633)
4.1.1.3630146 - Patch Patch0 Hotfix2 (66633) to Live - v4.1.1.3635601 - Patch0 Hotfix2.1 (66683)
4.1.1.3635601 - Patch0 Hotfix2.1 (66683) to Release - v4.1.1.3636828 - Patch Patch0 Hotfix3 (66686)
4.1.1.3636828 - Patch Patch0 Hotfix3 (66686) to Release - v4.1.1.3645567 - Patch Patch0 Hotfix4 Loca fix (66833)
But when I try to go to
4.1.1.3636828_-_Patch_Patch0_Hotfix3_(66686)_to_Live_-_v4.1.1.3648072_-_Patch_Patch0_Hotfix4_Launcher_fix_(668 47
I am told I need a new installer.

How am I supposed to upgrade through these two?
4.1.1.3648072
4.1.1.3669438

Downloang it all over again isn't much of an option. It took me 4 days to downlaod it the first time. Starlink, while giving me broadband, throttles me to less than a full MB per second. And then after a few files, it fully blocks my computer. If I switch to antoher computer I can then start downloading more.

Is there no patch from v4.1.1.3645567 listed

And I just found it. I'm screwed. I have to uninstall and reinstall from scratch. sigih.

Similar problem, why cant GoG put a flippin readme file out there and test this shit?

I applied patch_baldurs_gate_3_Release_-_v4.1.1.3636828_-_Patch_Patch0_Hotfix3_(66686)_to_Release_-_v4.1.1.3645567_-_Pat ch_Patch0_Hotfix4_Loca_fix_(66833), (WE'LL CALL THIS "PATCH A")

Then went to apply patch_baldurs_gate_3_Release_-_v4.1.1.3636828_-_Patch_Patch0_Hotfix3_(66686)_to_Live_-_v4.1.1.3648072_-_Patch_ Patch0_Hotfix4_Launcher_fix_(66847), (WE'LL CALL THIS "PATCH B") - but it shits the bed because its looking for the game version prior to the initial of "PATCH A" above.

The newest version release patch_baldurs_gate_3_Live_-_v4.1.1.3648072_-_Patch_Patch0_Hotfix4_Launcher_fix_(66847)_to_Live_-_v4.1.1.366943 8_-_Patch_Patch1_Loca_fix_(67039) (WE'LL CALL THIS "PATCH C") wont apply without "PATCH B"

Why is this so hard GoG staff?

Hey,
this Hotfix Patch
4.1.1.3636828 - Patch Patch0 Hotfix3 (66686) to Release - v4.1.1.3645567 - Patch Patch0 Hotfix4 Loca fix (66833)
is the one that breaks your Game/Update Path...you have to avoid this one!!!
If you did the Patch = Patch0 Hotfix4 Loca fix (66833) then you have to reinstall the Game again. there is no Update/Patch Option from this point forward.
This is the right order...at least it worked for me:

4.1.1.3636828_-_Patch_Patch0_Hotfix3_(66686)_to_Live_-_v4.1.1.3648072_-_Patch_Patch0_Hotfix4_Launcher_fix_(668 47)

and the the new big Patch

patch_baldurs_gate_3_Live_-_v4.1.1.3648072_-_Patch_Patch0_Hotfix4_Launcher_fix_(66847)_to_Live_-_v4.1.1.366943 8_-_Patch_Patch1_Loca_fix_(67039)

Now you are up to date.
Hope that helps!!

... [snip - a list of the other patches ]

And I just found it. I'm screwed. I have to uninstall and reinstall from scratch. sigih.
How did you get this list?
Did you assemble this list by hand or is there hidden document naming all the available patch releases?

I am about to install the full version these days for the first time and wonder which files I should download to have the latest patched state from the beginning.
I have downloade the original release day files on the weekend after the release
(E.g. setup_baldurs_gate_3_-_digital_deluxe_edition_content_release_-_v4.1.1.3622274_(64bit)_(66516).exe)

... and when I come back to download the latest patches I find groups of files like these without any explanation.

* Baldur's Gate 3 (Part 2 of 29) - Live - v4.1.1.3669438 - Patch Patch1 Data fix

* Patch (Live - v4.1.1.3669438 - Patch Patch1 Loca fix to Live - v4.1.1.3669438 - Patch Patch1 Data fix)

* Patch (Release - v4.1.1.3636828 - Patch Patch0_Hotfix3 to Release - v4.1.1.3645567 - Patch Patch0_Hotfix4 Loca fix)

@GOG Please provide a document explaining which of the file goups are required when and what is the requisite for them. A simple ASCII Readme.txt giving a version history and an advice which file to use on first install and for upgrade to the latest patch release and from which patch release would be enough.

don't hold you breath for one. GOG will expect you to redownload/reinstall the whole thing or just use galaxy. Offline patches are provided as a courtesy, nothing more.

I totally agree: the day a manual update is needed is gone - forever - for good.

At this time, you'd be most better off if you try to download the whole patch 2 or let GOG do it for you (which can be done reliably), rather than asking an IT professional (whose hourly rate can easily exceed the $60 price you paid for BG3) to study constantly outdated 3rd-party installers and provide personalized support for a handful people who have special needs.

If GOG and/or Steam changes to a subscription model, and I still have my game collection, and you do not, then you might feel in retrospect that your needs were special too, if only you knew it.
The installation process of the game is idempotent, meaning that instead of downloading the patches you can just grab the latests version archive and install it over your existing game files. This will override your existing installation regardless of version.
It takes longer, but you can always download the offline installers via galaxy, which is much fasten than the website.

Up for 7 days, password is the default character name during the Beta, in lower case.
In the same boat here... stuck on v4.1.1.3636828 because I had heard that the first issue of Hotfix#4 was being rolled back due to errors and so waited until the issue has been resolved. However, there is no patch that I can download from GOG that allows me to patch up from v4.1.1.3636828.

Although CMiq has kindly uploaded the patch that is likely to do this, I'm not comfortable downloading files that aren't officially provided by GOG. Therefore, GOG needs to provide a patch that allows patching up from v4.1.1.3636828 as a download rather than expect customers to uninstall and re-download 80GB+ of installer files to get to the current version.
