This past week, I noticed the patch files changed three times. When downloading the main program and it's setup file, the extra patch files are totally useless because the main files are already redone. So what's the deal with the extra patch files?

Again I downloaded the main files and their setup file and the game is still the latest version. WTF?

the deal is this is a early access game still very much in dev

as of today there are 4 major patches and 8 hotfixes which makes the current build v4.1.99.8615 with todays [55mb] hoxfix manily repairs the nasty pickpoctet bug caused by the 4 (druid) patch

Save yourself some aggravation and use Galaxy. The updates will come several days sooner than waiting on the manual patch files.
