its unclear if any build will have them but if Gog wants that then a Larian account would be needed to track it

They tend to respond surprisingly quickly.
Their older games have them, so I don't see why not though.

Some of these achievements are weird and will require a very strange almost complete playthrough such as the one that wants you to multiclass into every class without respeccing.
