Last night I downloaded the 4GB patch (presumably patch 1 from Larian) but this morning when I started my machine Galaxy automagically downloaded a 695 MB patch. I can't find anything about that anywhere. Can anybody clue me in? Thanks!

It's called "Patch1 Data fix".
Still the same version number as Patch #1 (4.1.1.3669438), and probably just fixes some smaller oversights in yesterday's big one.
Which would also explain the lack of patch notes for "Patch1 Data fix".
