So, I've been playing the game and occasionally this will occur. Has anyone else been experiencing a problem like this, and does anyone happen to know a way to fix it? I've reinstalled the game multiple times, but it hasn't fixed it.

Make sure you run the game as admin.

I'd try compatibility mode. Right-click the game's shortcut, select Properties and set compatibility mode for Windows XP at the Compatibility tab (and tick the option to run it as an administrator).

I have, made no difference.

Compatibility mode causes the game to crash instantly.

I forgot that it uses a GOG launcher by default. So setting compatibility mode for the shortcut affects primarily the launcher.
You could try running the game directly with badmojo.exe in the game's installation folder and see if it makes a difference. The game will be displayed smaller then. Setting the display to 640x480 on the compatibility tab of badmojo.exe stretches it to fullscreen again on my system.

I've done that, but it still has the same issue. I've also tried using compatibility mode on it, but it crashes instantly as well. I've even reinstalled quicktime completely, and it didn't help. Starting to think this game is self aware and doesn't want me to play it.

Have you already updated your graphic card's drivers? Btw, which graphic card and Windows version are you using?

Admittedly my system is a garbage setup. I have Vista 64bit and my graphic card is integrated. It's an Intel G45 express and yes, it's updated. I haven't really had any problems with older games, and I don't play modern ones on my PC.

edit: Also, I figured I'd add that this does not occur on every screen, only certain ones. A majority of the screens load fine.

The Intel chips are known for rather mediocre drivers. So that could be the problem, but maybe it's something completely different. Send the screen shot to support (link). GOG did some adjustments to make the game run, maybe they've got an idea what's going on.

Will do, and thanks.
