Just wondering if this game is patched already or is there any place on site that I can get patch v2 to work with the gog b17 dl?.

Normally GOG releases are patched to the latest official patch, don't know what it is in this case. I'll check and post back later.

Edit: I am not sure which version it is exactty, there is no version number in the main menu or something like that. But the ReadMe file laying around in the directory says V2.0 28th February, 2001, so the patch you were asking about should be already included in a fresh GOG installation.
