I can access the fuel transfer switches, but I don't understand the way they function. There are two switches, the left one for tanks 1 and 2, and the right one for tanks 3 and 4. Just how do they work? Do the switches determine what tank(s) are being transferred to, or from? Can you transfer, say, from tank 2 to tank 4? Tank 1 to tank 2?

I'm not sure how this works. Little help, please?

Fuel can only be transferred in one of two directions:

1. From a left tank (either 1 or 2) to a right tank (either 3 or 4) or;
2. From a right tank (either 3 or 4) to a left tank (either 1 or 2).

The selector switches you mention determine which two tanks fuel will be transferred between. If you wish to transfer fuel from a left tank to a right tank then left-click the "fuel transfer switch" which is located above the two switches you mention. Fuel will immediately start to be transferred and it transfers quickly so don't leave it on for more than 5 to 10 seconds at a time. To turn it off right-click on it to move it back to its central position.

To start to transfer fuel from a left tank to a right tank right-click the "fuel transfer switch". This time to turn it off you need to left-click on the switch to move it back to the central position.

You cannot directly transfer fuel between tanks 1 and 2, or between tanks 3 and 4. If you wanted to transfer fuel between tanks 1 and 2 for example, you would have to transfer fuel from say tank 1 to tank 3 and then from tank 3 to tank 2. BUT as I said above, the fuel transfer is fast so only keep the fuel transfer valve on for a few seconds at a time so that you don't over do it.
