I cant switch back from the external view. F1, W, A does nothing. I tried to follow the manual, but the game just wont switch back to instrument view

I am also having this problem and have tried for the past few hours with different key combinations and it just doesn't seem to want to do it. Any help would be great!

I think F1 get you back and then you can try A,W,I keys. Some view have additional screens when you press space.
