(Avadon 2, in case it matters.)

Currently, my main character is a level behind her companions. She's currently level 3 with 3900 XP, while her companions are level 4.

Thing is, according to the status screen, she's supposed to reach level 4 at 3900 XP, so why hasn't she leveled up? Does exactly meeting the XP requirement not give you the level for some reason?

(Did the developer use > rather than >= when checking whether a character is ready to level up?
