I have Avadon on a macbook and I'm trying to get fullscreen to play on my attached monitor but for some reason every time I set the game to fullscreen, it pops the game back onto my notebook monitor. Any ideas/tricks to get it to go fullscreen on the attached monitor instead?

Reply to a very old post but just in case anyone else has an issue try playing in a window then drag it to the monitor, this works for me with other games in a dual monitor setup.
