All character skill tooltips (like when leveling up) don't say what the skill does. They all only say that "increasing this skill will make it's abilities more effective".
How do I get the actual skill descriptions? Help!
Seems file repair fixed it. A bit strange, as that was right after the first install, but whatever. it works now.
