Right now I attacked the Old Scrapyard with the Commissars men. I am stuck on the platform, I have one of my followers in front off me, one behind me, they are not moving and I have no way of getting past them, no enemies in sight (combat locked due to friendlies and enemies). I am just clicking end round, end round end round.
Eventually an enemy came in sight and my people started moving, then the enemy died and I was a little further along the platform but stuck again. It is a bit annoying.

Maybe introduce a switch position option (in combat) you can use on friendlies?

On the whole enjoying the game though.

There is a way. Left-click and hold on companion.. choose option. They can retreat, too. Also, try changing "tactics" from staying close to roaming attack or whatever it is called.

Hey sorry I just saw this post. I ned to sign into my GoG account more often. Yeh I found that command later. Maybe they should have named it "Hold THIS position" instead of "Hold Position" which is why I never used it for a long time... Actually it is kind of an awkward command to phrase intuitively. Hmmm... maybe break it into two commands "Go to Position" and "Hold this Position".
I usually leave my followers to act on their own (to not stay close to me).
Anyway, cheers for your reply!
I finished the game, and like it.
