This answer prompt me to ask:

What format/codec are you using for the game's movies?

Because I've known a lot of people with lagging issues and saying "download a codec pack" sounds like an incomplete answer IMO. And since ATOM's movies are "hidden" inside the game's files there's no simple way to know what kind of encoding you're using for them.

So if someone from the Dev team is reading this: could you please share the EXACT codec used? It would not only be useful info in general but it would be very helpful for anyone experiencing movie-related problems.
