I'm reaching the green space which should take me to the global map but nothing happens. I had this at police station, now it's the same in Tavern. I have to reload whole game to the moment before I left previous location.

Ok I have a similar issue. I can leave the area but not all of the exits are working and when I use a working exit then get to the world map the only location I can select is the one I am trying to leave.
