So I finished Atom and transferred my character over to Truogrard. According to the Neoseeker guide Hex can be found on Kolotushkin street. I searched every building several times, including the cellar. Did all the quests associated with that area, but no Hex. I wanted to find and use him, because of his tinkering skills. So I finished Truograd, but I never located Hex. I decided to try again and put more attribute points into personality. Any hint would be greatly appreciated.

I have a theory as to why I can't locate Hex. When I played Atom, I played as a solo character. I didn't recruit either Hex or Fidel, only the dog. So in the world of Truograd, Hex doesn't exist. So I guess the only way to prove this, is to start another game without importing a character. Just start from scratch.
