Bug spotted in 1.081
In Otradnoye, when the pump is fixed before the quest to repair it is initiated, the old man will still think the pump is not repaired

Hi. Grankin doesn't know that the pump was fixed because he doesn't go out much, but you as a player can pick "I already fixed it" if you fixed it prior to talking to him (otherwise this line is not available). It's not a bug, we planned it like that.
