I'm almost at the end of the game and there is this guy in the Caravanserai who is waiting for documents. I don't seem to be able to trigger a quest related to him. The only quest giver I can think of right now who maybe could have interest in this guy is the mafia boss in Krasnoznamenny but I didn't agree working for him.

So, who is this guy and what must I do about him?

Isn't that the quest you'll get from one of the guys in the KZ bunker about Carav sumbitting to KZ?

No, that's not the one. The one I'm asking about is stuck at the Caravanserai because he is apparently waiting for some papers that never arrive, as far as I've noticed. And talking to him doesn't trigger a quest to help him with that.

The character you speak of is a reference to Kafka's Der Schloss. Don't worry about missing anything with that guy! :)
