After the murder suicide Tragedy at Safe Journey Farm (where Bronislav kills his unfaithful wife, Yana), one also finds a 'goodbye' note left on the bed of Electra (aka Ella) their biologic daughter. She had been hopelessly corrupted by the player who introduced her to pot and booze while they were frolicking in the haystack after midnight, and probably even more but the game doesn't seem to show it.

At the point of the murder suicide, the cause of Bronislav's depression, the Tourist Korallov (who had seduced Yana) arrives at the farm at the same time that the player does, is aghast at the scene. The player listens to his tale of being cursed with this ability to bed women, and can then either let him go or kill him.

My question is, what are the consequences of the choices? Letting him go or killing him? Also, can we ever encounter Electra again? Additionally, Alyonka, the adopted daughter who was the guardian of the farm, had already joined the player's village at Red Fighter. There doesn't seem to be any way of letting her know that her adoptive parents are dead and her adoptive sister is missing. After encountering the bodies, I returned to Red Fighter to speak with Alyonka and there is no way to mention the bloody mess I found at Safe Journey; she still says, 'I can visit them whenever I want...'

Not really a great ending to this story thread, IMHO.
Yeah, there are many little things like that that are missing. For example, at some point old Semyon in Otradnoye dies. The player arrives at the village and he is just dead and buried, no mention in anyone's dialogue, no way to inform his old buddy at the Moonshiner's of his death, and so on... :(

So, Tourist Korallov is really present in the game? Does he show up if we choose not to inform the man that his wife was unfaithful?
I wish they would have explored the Tourist Korallov story line more extensively, offering other chance encounters as the agent travels through the wastes. In fact, a nice twist would have been to have him become so regretful that the curse is lifted from him and transferred to the player instead, where he can bed down any woman at will, but be automatically at a stat deficit (vis a vis charm) when dealing with other men. That would have been interesting. The other option (which I didn't choose) was to confront Yana with the evidence of her infidelity. I forget what the outcome of that was, but it would have been nice had the player been able to blackmail Yana for sex at any time the player visits the farm, but by the third time, the player and Yana are caught by her husband, and the whole family, including the adopted daughter, then treats the player with hostility, kicking him out and telling him never to come back. If he returns it would automatically trigger a fight to the death. That would have been a nice touch.
