I'm moving from Epic Games to GOG and wanted to move my save files over. Does anyone know where the save location is for Atlas Fallen on GOG?

I second this. Does anyone know? The save folder in \%userprofile%\documents\My Games\Atlas Fallen\ is empty despite having auto saves and manual saves. There is no Deck 13 folder in App data\LocalLow\ either. And of course there's no Steam user data save folder.

The save files are located here, at least for me. I installed through Galaxy, but I am not playing through Galaxy:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\GOG.com\Galaxy\Applications\56238437618520732\Storage\Shared\Files\
