I can't get the game to run at all. When I use the shortcut in the game directory nothing happens and when i run the executables for dx12 and vulkan I get a weird message window stating that i should check if my game was installed properly.

Did anyone encounter this error and knows how to fix this?

My Specs:
Arch Linux
Intel i5 12400f
AMD RX7900XT
64GB RAM

Heroic Games Launcher and proton 9-16 works for me just fine.
Sadly no coop if you use the offline installer.

Interesting. I use Lutris and can't get the game to launch at all. I tried all versions of wine Lutris offered me. I even checked if there is a difference between wayland and x11.

I use wayland.

It's also running on the steam deck. It's playable but a few more frames wouldn't hurt. I never tried lutris though. I used Heroic Games Launcher and just for fun bottles. Both with protog-ge-16.

I finally got this to work.

On my setup I have to launch the AtlasFallen.exe directly with the -vk command line parameter and gamescope. The -vk parameter switches the engine to vulkan.

gamescope -- wine AtlasFallen.exe -vk

The exe is in [your wineprefix]/drive_c/GOG Games/Atlas Fallen/bin/
