Running WinXP, Atlantis II just stops at any attempt to advance to the Mayan episode. The game is still running but it won't transfer.
I have tried everything I could think of, various compatibility modes, reducing video and audio hardware - nothing helped.
I'm hoping some one has a solution for me.

I have the original CD's of Atlantis II, it freezes in Ireland at the approach to the bird man, so I bought GOG's version hoping I could finally re-play the game - again.

There were problems with the game when Google Chrome was running in the background. Make sure it isn't started if it's installed on your system (same applies to the new Opera browser).

Thanks for the tip, however I don't have Chrome installed. I'm running with Firefox and Internet explorer only.
