Were you able to get the game working? It's an enjoyable game. I do recommend you search on Youtube for 'space ambient music' or 'space travel music' as you can find some 3 hour long ones that are really great to have on while you play.

Yes! So the problem was my D: drive (with the game), had just happened to disappear; clearly not a game problem (forgot about this post in dealing with that). I was able to get the game running (but I couldn't really get into it)
