Started the game new with 0.110

GPS error when Carioullis is selected on the galaxy map and the only access is through Solitudes of Frey. It's OK if the way over Entropy, Crellara and Soldeux is available.

I had a Hack&Steal mission, I killed the target, it landed 2 loot packs, but I didn't see the mission loot.
I quit the system, came back and killed again, several times, but I couldn't succeed the mission.
