Warp Gate:
The ship disappears long before it reaches the warp gate.

Basic Cloak Field Generator:
When the basic cloak field generator is active, thin colored lines and fields flicker on the screen (see picture) after the destruction (explosion) of a ship. Switching off the BCFG has no effect. The flickering ends only after docking to a station.

Escort mission:
The ship to be escorted does not follow. It stays very far behind.
Kill Raider:
No loot after killing level 10 raiders.
The game gradually becomes too easy, which is not really fun anymore. You can defeat almost any raider or pirate and your own ship hardly has a scratch. Also the mining of asteroids goes much too fast. I think that was better several versions earlier.
I get the sense that a decent portion of the feedback in this thread is a result of ships having ridiculous top speeds. Maybe instead of being linear, max velocity should be some sort of logarithmic function, such that thrust is subject to some form of diminishing marginal returns.

Given that jump drives exist, it wouldn't really impact long term QoL at all.
