Some Suggestions/Problems 0.068 & 0.069 & 0.070

Early weapon damage bonus assignment:
A damage bonus is already assigned to the weapons in the skill "Basic Operation". The bonus should only be assigned to the skills "Advanced System" and "Damage Calibration".

The bonus is raised every time a weapon is removed and then later is put back onto the modul slot.

Save game loaded, bonus = 0, gone to a harvest mission, went to garage and put on weapons, killed some pirates, back to station and weapon show bonus greater 0.

Permanent Afterburner after entering a new sector Problem is back:
It seemed to be OK in 0.068

exit station
select target sector warp gate (direct, not on the galaxy map)
keep left shift key pressed
enter warp gate
after leaving the warp gate the afterburner is always active (green icon at ship stats) also when left shift key is released.
It happens in normal and tactical.
Now this behavior occurs at every warp gate when you fly through it with the left shift key pressed.
Negative faction rating:
This rating problem started in 0.066a, as far as I know
After one kill mission a faction rating was set to -10. I think there is something wrong with the scaling.
It was a kill missions where the friendly fire option has to be applied while fighting with the mission target (yellow dot).

Missing Res.:
For different ships in shipyard values for Impact Res., Energy Res. and Explosive Res. are displayed. If the ship is bought, there are no values there.
Fabricator to fast:
The fabricator is to fast, so there is no need to spend skill points on that.

i will adjust the base speed. once i added the sandbox option in, it boosted it too much.
