I just wonder. I have 13% shield regen and 1000 shield. I'd expect it be regeneration every second or every minute. But it seems like a per 10 second value or so. Don't even know if its just by chance or not. Also the shield regen setting of AFAIK 2.1 by default does not make any sense to me. Like what is the meaning of those numbers.
