using a ECA-1 Mining Carrier with 6 X-heavy miners. When i turn them all on after the frist cycle the one in the 3rd slot does not recycle the blue liine is all the way around the circle but it wont continue to next cycle. I have tried manually cycling and it still dont work. Based on the floating text only 5 harvest even on first cycle. Had the same issue with premium miners also.

Bought a different ship with 7 hardpoints and the problem is gone. Maybe have a look at that ship.
