Quattre: So, i've been trying to play this game for the past few days (having it both here and on steam) and i can get neither of them to launch. I've tried most obvious solutions (administrator rights, compatibility modes, dx10 and dx9 executables, changing installation directories after verifying files) but none have worked. It seems reading the forums that my issues aren't that common, as there are not many more topics about it. I've tried on both platforms and even tried running ACII on steam but i'm having the exact same problem (so i think it is something this Assassin's Creed games share). My specs are way beyond recommended, i am on windows 10 and can run every game i can think of on max, so that's probably not it either. I hope anyone has more of an idea about what's going on, as i can play pretty much every other game except for this series. Thanks for the advice in advance!
