Yeah... well done! The DLC's (except Turtle Wars) for GERMAN, SPANISH, FRENCH, ITALIAN & PORTUGESE don't work with 2.41!

What do you mean by they do not work ?
I play in french.
I checked the Oblivion DLC and I have the Barcia map in which I could start a game and the Oblivion scenario (did not try to start it).
Do not forget scenarios appear in the campaign menu.
I suggest you get more specific in your issue and post it directly on the Stardock, Ashes dedicated forum.

The GERMAN, SPANISH, FRENCH, ITALIAN & PORTUGESE DLC's (except Turtle Wars DLC) are still v2.30... install don't work with main game v2.41.
