Hello everyone,
I just bought the game and tried playing it, when I clicked on the .exe, my virus program quarantined a file named terminus.exe because it had something like IDL.generic in it (if I remember correctly). Which is strange since Galaxy is an exemption in my virus program. Anyway, I deleted the file.
I could still not start the game, so I tried to verify/repair. Nothing. Uninstalled, then tried reinstalling, it stopped at 12%, nothing worked, uninstalled, but this time I could not uninstall. HELP! I just want the game to work. I should say that there are still files in my "Games"-folder with Ash of Gods... the terminus-files are still there! Should I manually delete them before anything else?
"Installation E4 - disk error occurred during installation"
"Uninstall failed - E15"
(I dont want to do a thing like uninstall Galaxy because I have a very important save file for Pillars of Eternity used for the expansions - that game works okay, but it is strange that the opening credits are suddenly missing, as are the "gog commercials" on the main screen)
EDIT: I installed to my Galaxy-folder, turns out I had it installed to my Games-folder. Also verified Pillars, so that works now too I think.
