I used Dxwnd to play it. You can't do the ini file. At least I can't. I used Dxwnd to play in a windowed 1080p mode which works good. For the price it is a great old game. I just wanted people to know about the resolution limits.

If someone else has a solution please post it.
There is a Graphics cfg file that is strange. just one line of strange artifacts.
