It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I got Ascendant today and started it up and almost everything is as it should be except there is a graphical glitch of some kind that makes it so that the ground is invisible

I think it might be some kind of layer issue because the Ascendant logo does not display either. I see everything else including vegetation, but the actual ground is nowhere to be seen.

I have been trying to find the latest Unity drivers, but couldn't find a download for them so I haven't been able to check if it's related to some kind of outdated drivers, but my other Unity games work fine.

What about your graphic drivers? all up to date on those as well? In any case, please do send us an email to Support so we can take a closer look at this problem :)
I have discovered the problem and it was in my 3d card settings.

I am running an ATI Radeon card and in the CCC(Catalyst Control Center) I had Anti-Aliasing Mode set to "Adaptive Multi-Sample AA" which is the middle setting between Performance and Quality.

When I change that to "Super-Sample AA" or regular "Multi-Sample AA" the game works perfectly. So it's a weird little thing, but now it works great as long as it's not on "Adaptive Multi-Sample AA".

I am glad I found the solution and hopefully this thread might help people who might suffer from the same problem.

Thank you anyway though. :)
