Many Spoilers ahead:
I have forged the mithril sword (one handed sabre) and used the Koltk powder on it. I have a dragon egg which I purchased from the dragon and I used it on the sword. I get a msg when I float the cursor over the sword - "Ready to be enchanted". According to the FAQ and Arx Adobe guide, I then should use the Enchant object spell on it and I should get the Ultimate Weapon. I am able to use the enchant object spell, but when I use it on the sword, my character says "I don't have the skills to do that". I read in the guide I need a level 8 spell to do this. How do you know what level you are casting the spell at? Also, another way of doing this is to supposedly use an 'Enchant weapon' *scroll* instead. Well, I have a brown Enchant weapon scroll which is listed in the manual as being level 9. If I try to use this scroll on the weapon, my character says " I shouldn't do this". What the heck am I doing wrong? Thanks a lot.
Edit: Thanks, anyway. I got the answer.
